Also, if you don't want to spend money, there's the Bezirkszentralbibliothek Pablo Neruda (library). It's not ideal because there's limited seating, you have to wear a mask, and the wifi isn't that great, but my internet was down yesterday and boxi and Shakespeare & sons were crowded, so I went there.

Cafe Neundrei is a small vegan café on Monbijoustrasse in Berlin, slightly away from Hackescher Markt. It serves vegan cakes, smoothies, bagels and breakfast bowls, with a window counter upstairs and seating in the basement.
Café Neundrei in Mitte is really chilled: lots of people with laptops, sockets, good wifi, and they'll let you sit for 3-4 hours as long as you order something now and then. Toilet available, of course.
Café Neundrei in Mitte ist echt chillig - viele mit Laptops da, Steckdosen, gutes WLAN und die lassen dich auch mal 3-4 Stunden sitzen, solange du ab und zu was bestellst. Toilette natürlich vorhanden.
