About
Arxiu Històric del Poblenou is a volunteer-run library and archive in Barcelona dedicated to preserving the history of the Poblenou neighborhood, its industrial past, and present as a creative hub. Located in the Casa de les Aigües del Besòs within the historic Besòs Water Tower, it holds a large collection of photographs, hosts exhibitions, and offers guided tours with views over Poblenou and the waterfront.
The archive has limited opening hours, mainly weekday evenings and brief Saturday morning sessions. Reviewers praise its collection and exhibitions but note that website information can be unreliable.
