Biblioteca del Fondo is a public library in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, north of Barcelona. It holds a large collection of books, music and magazines across three floors, with good breakout spaces. The entrance can be hard to locate, and wheelchair access is possible but the entrance itself is narrow. A quiet atmosphere overall, though this depends on other users.
The library has no power outlets. Internet access is available but reviewers found the connection quite poor. It is not clear how welcome laptops or long stays are.
