Biblioteca Central is the main library of Universidad San Pablo-CEU in Madrid's Chamberí neighbourhood, open to the public. It is quiet and suited to concentrating, with a good collection and attentive staff. Power outlets are scarce and concentrated at the edges rather than distributed throughout the tables. The building can be very cold in winter. The library requires advance booking through an app even when empty.
The library has no Wi-Fi. A few reviewers work here with laptops, though they report needing to charge them beforehand due to limited outlets. Opening hours are 8 AM to 9 PM weekdays, 9 AM to 2 PM Saturday, and 24 hours Sunday.
