About
Koo Chen-Fu Memorial Library is a public library in Taipei designed by Japanese architect Toyo Ito. The building is architecturally striking with fluid forms, soft curves, and natural light that create a calm, peaceful atmosphere. The interior is well maintained, and visitors can enter with a passport or valid ID. The library is popular for studying and offers beautiful spaces including a sky garden accessible from Level 2.
The library has power outlets available and is wheelchair accessible. However, there is no public Wi-Fi. The space gets busy and seating can be limited. Non-NTU visitors must leave bags in lockers, which reviewers found inconvenient.
