All Day Roasting Company is one of the better remote work cafes. Lots of standing areas and they have free refills on drip coffee.

Le Promenoir Coffee occupies the fourth floor of Taipei's historic Zhongshan Hall cultural center, in the Zhongzheng District. The café has a nostalgic vintage atmosphere with high arched windows, leather booth seating and warm wooden tones.
I recommend Le Promenoir on the 4th floor of Zhongshan Hall. It’s pretty quiet, the only negative is the drinks are somewhat expensive. But their tea is very good.
