About

The Office of Academic Resources at Chulalongkorn University's Central Library is a modern, spacious library open to the public in central Bangkok. The atmosphere is quiet and focused, with comfortable reading areas, a large book collection, and exhibitions. Several reviewers noted the clean environment and welcoming staff. However, frequent announcements over the microphone and noise from phone calls and videos in quiet zones can disrupt concentration, despite the library's stated policies.

The library opens 8 AM to 9 PM weekdays and 9 AM to 4 PM Saturday. Non-students need a passport and 20 Thai baht to enter. A ground-floor café serves drinks and food. The building is wheelchair accessible.
