About
Regus is a coworking space in northeast Orlando, open 24 hours daily. The facility offers wifi, power outlets, indoor seating, toilets and is wheelchair accessible. Food and drink are available on-site.
The space is designed for professional business use, but reviewers report significant operational issues. Access is restricted by locked doors, including during business hours when staff take lunch breaks. Multiple reviewers describe frustrating experiences with billing, account cancellation, and customer service, citing unclear charges and unresponsive management. Several mention difficulty reaching staff by phone or getting support through the portal.
